We are incredibly pleased with the results of implementing CenterTrac and would like to extend a very sincere "thank you" to you for your time and patience helping us during our transition!
CenterTrac has allowed us to increase the contact with our parents immensely and they are pleased to have 24-hour access to information about their child's progress and to know how their money is being spent.
CenterTrac has also allowed me to better monitor the services that are provided to each student and to intervene, re-evaluate, and problem-solve for difficult situations when they arise. Further, I can easily access information to solve problems when I am away from the office (being 6 ½ months pregnant, this is a true luxury!).
Last, but certainly not least, billing has become not only more efficient, but more accurate and error free! What previously took several different computer programs and procedures is now available in one simple place, accessible from anywhere.
