Our pricing model is built to meet the needs of start-ups as well as large centers. We charge a one-time set up fee of $500, which includes initial customization and thorough training. After that there is a monthly license based on usage. Below is our tiered pricing scale based on the number of active students.
An "active student" is defined as a student that has at least one session log recorded during a given month (session logs being the object that drives billing and revenue.) This means that you will only be paying for CenterTrac when it is directly helping you bring in revenue. If business drops off in the summer, then your license fee will be lower as well.

Pricing includes unlimited access to an unlimited number of client, student, instructor, and administator accounts.
